The SPORTO Conference is a two-day event organised by the company Sport Media Focus, d.o.o., komuniciranje v športu, incorporated in Ljubljana, Slovenija, under the registration number: 5997577000, and with the head office at the address Fajfarjeva ulici 33, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter also “the organiser”).
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme and guest speakers, and to cancel the conference at any time, without prior notice.
All conference participants and visitors and others (hereinafter also “the visitors”) hereby agree that the organiser may use all photo, audio and video material, which might show conference visitors. The organiser hereby reserves the right to use such materials for promotion purposes, media and online publications, for research and/or educational purposes. The visitors hereby waive their right to enforce any copyrights or other rights relating to their mention or portrayal. Participants are aware that the organiser shall not assume any liability for any damage arising from the publication of materials, where participants are mentioned or presented.
Visitors shall attend the conference at their own responsibility. The organiser shall not be liable for any possible items lost or damaged, and for any injuries which might occur at the conference.
Registering for the conference
All applications for attending the conference must be made using the online registration form. Registration is confirmed when you receive a confirmation e-mail.
After successful registration you will receive a pro forma invoice to your email stated in the registration form. It must be settled within the stated payment deadline. The invoice shall be issued after the payment of the pro forma invoice.
Failing to pay the pro forma invoice does not automatically imply cancellation of the registration. The cancellation must be made in writing to the following email address: email@example.com.
You can cancel your registration up to 10 days before the conference, and if the registered person cannot participate, it is possible to register a substitute participant 5 days before the conference. In the event of payment refund, administrative fees charged shall amount to 5 € + VAT.
Upon registration, a visitor shall be obliged to submit an identification document in order to obtain accreditation card, which shall apply only to the registered visitors and cannot be transferred.
By visiting the website, you confirm that you agree with the conditions and fully accept them.
The owner of the website, Sport Media Focus, d.o.o., shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy and currency of information, while also retaining the right to change the content of the website and/or stop complementing it at any time and without any prior notice, and shall not assume any liability for the redesign of the website.

WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE USE?
Personal information is collected for the purposes of functionality and registration for the SPORTO conference and for the purposes of marketing via email and social networks.

– company name and information: kept for identification of a user and issue of invoice or pro-forma invoice.
– E-mail: kept for information about important matters relating to the SPORTO conference, such as, for example, sending an invoice or pro-forma invoice and other important matters related to the attendance at the SPORTO conference.
