In accordance with the legislation, we are allowed to collect your non-personal data, such as: which browser you use, which website you were redirected from to our website. You cannot be identified on the basis of such details, but we can only use them to provide efficient services on our website. WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE USE?
Personal information is collected for the purposes of functionality and registration for the SPORTO Conference and for the purposes of marketing via email and social networks.
The users are required to notify the following information to register for the SPORTO conference:
– name and surname: kept for identification of a user upon registration.
– company name and information: kept for identification of a user and issue of invoice or pro-forma invoice.
– E-mail: kept for information about important matters relating to the SPORTO conference, such as, for example, sending an invoice or pro-forma invoice and other important matters related to the attendance at the SPORTO conference. Upon express approval of the user, e-mail may also be used for the purposes of notifying about the SPORTO conference (SPORTO e-news).
Sport Media Focus d.o.o. will process your personal data for the following purposes with your written consent:
– to send e-mails (emails) for the purpose of informing about courses, novelties (in standards and in publications), services as well as events of the collector of data
– for marketing purposes (remarketing; eg Facebook, Google advertising, etc.).
– for segmenting users and further sending of customized (individualized) messages through multi-channel communication, which means that different users can receive messages with different content in order to better (more relevant) inform individuals and achieve a higher level of user engagement.

SPORTO CONFERENCE
The SPORTO 2024 Conference is an annual two-day event organised by the company Sport Media Focus, d.o.o., sports communication, incorporated in Ljubljana, Slovenija, under the registration number: 5997577000, and with the head office at the address Ulica Ambrožiča Novljana 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (hereinafter also “the organiser”).
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme and guest speakers, and to cancel the conference at any time, without prior notice.
All conference participants and visitors and others (hereinafter also “the visitors”) hereby agree that the organiser may use all photo, audio and video material, which might show conference visitors. The organiser hereby reserves the right to use such materials for promotion purposes, media and online publications, for research and/or educational purposes. The visitors hereby waive their right to enforce any copyrights or other rights relating to their mention or portrayal. Participants are aware that the organiser shall not assume any liability for any damage arising from the publication of materials, where participants are mentioned or presented.
Visitors shall attend the conference at their own responsibility. The organiser shall not be liable for any possible items lost or damaged, and for any injuries which might occur at the conference.
SPORTO 2024
SPORTO 2024 business technical supporting partner is Meetpoint informacijske rešitve d.o.o., Verovškova ulica 55, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, providing technical solutions such as registration form (Registration Office) and App digtial platform.
REGISTERING FOR THE SPORTO 2024
All applications for attending the conference must be made using the online registration form. Registration is confirmed when you receive a confirmation e-mail.
After successful registration, you will receive a pro forma invoice (if this payment option, was selected) to your email stated in the registration form. It must be settled within the stated payment deadline. The invoice shall be issued after the payment of the pro forma invoice.
Failing to pay the pro forma invoice does not automatically imply cancellation of the registration. The cancellation must be made in writing to the following email address: info@sporto.si.
CONFERENCE PASSES AND PRICES
All types of conference passes are stated in EUR. The organiser is allowed to rise the ticket prices after the specific dates if stated so in the registration form OR at the website and through other digital communication channels of the organiser. After the set payment due date “early bird” tickets are no longer available.
Premium pass
The individual premium pass is an ordinary ticket purchased through the registration form and enables individuals to participate at the SPORTO 2024 with full access to programme, Awards & SPORTO Party. Lunches on both days and dinner is included.
Standard pass
The individual premium pass is an ordinary ticket purchased through the registration form and enables individuals to participate at the SPORTO 2024 with full access to programme, Awards & SPORTO Party. Lunches and dinner is excluded.
Student pass
Only full-time students in the current academic year (2022/22) and under-27 years of age are eligible for a student’s pass. The eligibility is checked through the registration form by uploading a document demonstrating such a status.
CONTENT
All rights in all presentations, documentation and materials published or otherwise made available as part of SPORTO Conference (including but not limited to any documentation packs or audio or audio-visual recording of SPORTO Conference (“Content”) are owned by us or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. No (i) photography, filming or recording; or (ii) republication, broadcast or other dissemination of the Content is permitted.
You shall not distribute, reproduce, modify, store, transfer or in any other way use any of the Content (save that use by the relevant delegate for internal business purposes shall be permitted), and in particular (but without limitation) you shall not (and shall procure that each of your delegates shall not): upload any Content into any shared system; include any Content in a database; include any Content in a website or on any intranet; transmit, re-circulate or otherwise make available any Content to anyone else; make any commercial use of the Content whatsoever; or use Content in any way that might infringe third party rights or that may bring us or any of our affiliates into disrepute.

REFUND POLICY FOR SPORTO 2024
All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to info@sporto.si. Cancellations received no later than November 10, 2024 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 10 EUR + VAT. Refunds will be paid after the Conference. Cancellation received after November 10, 2024 will not be refunded.
DATA PROCESSING CONSENT
Privacy Policy
SPORTO collects personal information from participants, on the strict basis of collecting only data required for registration purposes.
SPORTO collects general photos and videos of participants during the conference, for dissemination purposes, posting these photos and videos on the conference public website https://sporto.si and https://sporto.si/en and on the conference’s social media channels, as well as in conference press materials published online or in print.
SPORTO is a conference organised under the European Union’s guidelines on protection of personal data, concerning:
– the “right to be forgotten” – a participant can request the conference organisers to delete his/her information after the conference has concluded;
– easy access to one’s data – a participant can request from the conference organisers a copy of his/her information;
– the right to know when one’s data has been hacked – conference organisers commit to inform participants in the eventual case of data being hacked by someone;
– data protection by design and by default – files with participants’ data are stored in secured computers, and the usual secure access procedures are followed.
For the purposes of organising the conference, statistically analysing the participants’ data and creating user profiles for the conference application, your personal data (name, surname, organisation/company and e-mail address) will be electronically transferred to the conference organisers: SPORTO and Meetpoint informacijske rešitve d.o.o.

SPORTO reserves the right to amend the Legal Notice, posted on the amendment date on the conference website and in the registration form.
